NEW THIS YEAR: We are happy to be able to offer field trip lunches! We will have 2 options available - Pizza Kit and Lunchie Munchie (cheese stick, yogurt & graham crackers). Each of those options will come with milk, chips, carrots & celery with ranch, a juice box and a small treat. You will be able to mark your child’s choice on the field trip permission slip that will be sent home prior to the trip. Of course, you still have the option to send in a lunch from home if you prefer. Lunch prices will be the same as a daily lunch. If your family receives free or reduced lunch, your account will reflect that.

 

EZ Pay 

The cafeteria staff is excited to announce this year they are using a new payment online service for student meals. It's called EZ School Apps, and it offers you the convenience and information you need to manage your child's account. 

Some of its features include:

  • Viewing the school lunch menu
  • Tracking your child's purchases
  • Ability to add funds to your child's account
  • Automatic notifications when your child's lunch account goes below a certain threshold

  • Adult: $4.15 
  • Extra Entree: $1.80
  • Extra Side: $.75
  • Extra Milk: $.70                         

A La Carte

  • Bottled Water: $.75
  • Chips: $1.00
  • Cookie: $1.00
  • Cheese Stick: $.75
  • Granola Bar: $1.00
  • Ice Cream: $1.00 (served on Mondays only for grades 2-8)
  • Muffin: $1.00
  • Popcorn: $1.00
  • Beef Jerky: $1.00
  • Yogurt: $.75

The cafeteria offers water daily free of charge. 

 

National School Lunch Program

The cafeteria at Our Lady participates in the National School Lunch Program, which allows us to provide a wide variety of nutritious meals that the kids love. It also gives parents the opportunity to apply for free or reduced lunches. If you think you might qualify, we encourage you to fill out an application . The instructions  provided include the income guidelines for this year.

 

School Lunch Volunteers

We love the help of parent volunteers, and our students love seeing their parents volunteering! At the beginning of the school year, parents pay a $50.00 cafeteria fee to help offset cafeteria staff wages. We ask that parents volunteer to serve lunch in the cafeteria at least five (5) times per year. If parents are unable to come, grandparents or other family members are welcome to help. Each time a parent volunteers, $10 of the cafeteria fee goes into the child's lunch account. To volunteer, please sign up on the SignUp Genius.
