Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School provides an AfterCare program for currently enrolled students in Preschool 3 through Grade 8.
AfterCare is available on days when students attend school in person and generally follows the school calendar. AfterCare is not provided on virtual learning days, school closures, holidays, or other days when students are not physically present unless the school specifically communicates otherwise.
Program hours, closures, and schedule changes will be communicated to families through ParentSquare or another school-approved communication method.
Registration and Eligibility
Families must register their children for AfterCare before the program may be used.
Once registration is complete, a student may attend AfterCare as needed without a separate daily reservation, subject to available staffing, space, and program procedures.
AfterCare services are available only to students currently enrolled at OLPH. Enrollment in the school does not automatically register a student for AfterCare.
Families must provide:
- current emergency-contact information;
- authorized-pickup information;
- relevant medical or allergy information;
- any required registration forms;
- acknowledgment of AfterCare policies; and
- other documentation requested by the school.
Parents and guardians must promptly notify the school of any changes to this information.
Program Hours and Daily Rates
AfterCare begins following regular dismissal at 2:45 p.m.
A no-charge grace period is provided from 2:45–3:00 p.m. for students awaiting pickup or the beginning of an approved after-school activity.
Beginning at 3:00 p.m., any student remaining under AfterCare supervision will be charged the applicable daily rate, regardless of the length of time the student remains in the program.
The daily family rates are:
- First child: $15 per day
- Second child: $10 per day
- Each additional child: $5 per day
The sibling discount applies when multiple children from the same household attend AfterCare on the same day. When only one child attends, the first-child rate of $15 applies.
The daily rate includes an AfterCare snack for each participating student.
There are no partial-day, hourly, weekly, or monthly rates unless specifically announced by school administration.
