Hi! My name is Jessica Miller. It is my fourth-year teaching 2nd grade at Our Lady, and my 12th year of teaching.
I officially became a teacher in 2007 and taught until 2012 at both St. Joe Corydon and St. Mary's Catholic Academy. Upon moving to California in 2012, I nannied for 5 years. Every day, I kept my love for teaching alive in my heart! While nannying, I received my Master's in Reading and Literacy which is my passion today. In 2017, I decided to go back to education where I taught in a Dual German Immersion Inter Baccalaureate School called Goethe Charter School. Upon moving back to Indiana in 2019, I taught for one year at Greenville Elementary. In 2020 accepted a position here at Our Lady.
Catholic faith and education have always been foundations in my life. I've been a Crusader as long as I can remember, graduating from Our Lady in 1999. I graduated from Our Lady of Providence High School in 2003. I attended undergrad at Brescia University where I graduated in 2007. My Master's degree came from Walden University in 2014.
