Bailey grew up right down the road, graduating from North Harrison, and went on to Lindsey Wilson College where she balanced life as a student‑athlete on the swim team while earning her degree in Elementary Education. 

She now has a happy little family of three with her husband Chris and their daughter Berkley. When she’s not in the classroom, you’ll catch her coaching swimmers or making memories with her family.

Bailey says the best part of teaching is those “lightbulb moments” when something finally clicks and a student’s eyes light up with the joy of learning.
