“Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.”
-William Butler Yeats:
Hello! I am Sarah Reardon and I am the Special Education Coordinator. I have been in Catholic schools all of my life. I attended Holy Family (K-8) and I graduated from Providence in 2009. After graduating college, I was blessed to find a position at St. Anthony’s in Clarksville and there I taught 2nd grade for 7 years. I moved to Our Lady in 2020 and have loved every minute! I have spent the last 4 years in middle school as the 5th and 6th grade ELA teacher.
I am committed to providing your child with a quality education with a learning environment that is engaging and positive to help them learn to research, discover, and grow not only academically, but spiritually and socially. I recently finished my Masters degree in Reading and I enjoy implementing best practices in our resource room. I enjoy small group instruction and can’t wait to design lessons to help support our learners at Our Lady.
My husband, Matt, and I live in Sellersburg with our two wonderful children who also attend Our Lady. They keep us very busy! We enjoy being outside, camping, fishing, gardening and doing all things farm related at my parents’ farm. I look forward to another year as an OLPH Crusader!
