Thank you for your interest in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School. It is truly an honor and a blessing to welcome you to our school community.

My name is Sarah Conrad, and I have been blessed to serve in education for the past 14 years. Throughout my career, I have served as a business teacher, special education teacher, and administrator. Each role has strengthened my belief that education is one of the greatest ministries of service. I have always found my greatest joy in helping others grow, cultivating positive change, and building school communities where every child and every educator can flourish.

I am grateful for the mentors God placed in my life who recognized leadership potential in me long before I saw it in myself. They challenged me to lead with humility, courage, and faith, reminding me that leadership is not about position but about service. I strive to follow that same example each day, inspired by the words of St. John Bosco, who believed, "It is not enough that the young are loved; they must know they are loved." My hope is that every student who enters our doors not only experiences that love from our faculty and staff but first comes to know that they are deeply loved by God.

My husband, Andrew, and I have been married for nine wonderful years, and together we are blessed with three children. Long before the principal position became available, we chose Our Lady of Perpetual Help for our own family. We attended an Open House simply as parents searching for the right school, and from the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we had found something special. We experienced a community that was warm, welcoming, Christ-centered, academically rigorous, and filled with educators who genuinely love their students and continually strive to become even better at what they do. It was the school we wanted for our children, and today I am humbled to serve the very community that first captured our hearts.

At Our Lady of Perpetual Help, our Catholic identity is not simply another subject on the schedule; it is the foundation of everything we do. Faith is woven into every classroom, every conversation, every lesson, every act of service, and every celebration. We are incredibly blessed to worship together as an entire school community each week, growing together in our relationship with Christ while learning what it truly means to live our Catholic faith each day.

A truly outstanding Catholic education develops the whole child; academically, spiritually, socially, emotionally, and morally. While we are deeply committed to academic excellence and preparing students for future success, we are equally committed to forming disciples of Jesus Christ. Our greatest hope is not simply that our students leave prepared for high school and life after graduation, but that they leave prepared to lead lives of faith, service, compassion, and purpose.

I want every child who walks through our doors to know three things: first, that they are deeply loved by God; second, that once a Crusader, they will always be a Crusader; and third, that the friendships, faith, and community they build within these walls will become one of the greatest blessings their family will experience.

None of this would be possible without our extraordinary faculty and staff. Every day, I have the privilege of serving alongside educators who are deeply committed to their vocation. They continually seek ways to grow professionally, strengthen relationships with students, and provide an exceptional educational experience rooted in faith. They are far more than teachers- they are mentors, servant leaders, difference makers, and faithful witnesses who are helping form the next generation of saints.

Whether you are exploring preschool or considering a new school home for your family, I encourage you to discover what makes Our Lady of Perpetual Help so special. School choice is an important decision, and there is no better way to experience our community than by visiting our campus, meeting our incredible students and staff, and seeing firsthand how we are living our mission each day.

I invite you to schedule a personal tour and experience for yourself how Our Lady of Perpetual Help is cultivating academic excellence, nurturing authentic relationships, and forming disciples who will go into the world prepared to lead with faith, compassion, and courage.

I look forward to welcoming you to the OLPH family.
