The Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish Family continues to grow and build on the wonderful legacy that began more than 65 years ago. We are a faith-filled community serving nearly 900 families.

It is our hope that you will continue to grow with us, not just in numbers, but in faith, love, and gratitude for the many blessings we have received.

Your best friend just confided in you that she has stage 4 cancer.  What do you say?

Your daughter has decided to get a divorce.  What do you do?

Your neighbor’s father has just passed away.  How do you help him?

What kind of a friend are you? All of us at some time in life find ourselves in these circumstances. Do you know what to do to console and comfort?  Do you take a step back in fear because you have no idea how to handle the situation?

The Ministry of Consolation Team is hosting “How to be a Christian Consoler” on June 4 at 6:30 pm in the Parish Office building basement to offer spiritual reflections and practical suggestions about how to be present to another during times of loss and sorrow.

Please RSVP by May 31 to Tom Yost at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call 812-945-2374. Refreshments will be available and there is no cost to participants.
